Pricing

Three tiers, all published.

The pricing reflects the shape of the work.

Most consultants in this band hide pricing. The honest reason is that hidden pricing pushes buyers into a qualification call. That’s a tax on your time. I publish.

Tier 1 · Scoping detail

What you walk out with.

A written plan with three pieces of work worth building, each scoped with an investment range and a timeline, that becomes the spec for whoever builds them.

The document is the deliverable. Three pieces of work worth building, each scoped with an investment range and a timeline, plus a vendor-neutral tool recommendation list and a do-not-buy-yet list where tools don’t yet belong.

What’s excluded

  • Implementation. The scoping document tells you what to build. Building it is the next engagement.
  • Long-term retainer. Scoping is two weeks, not ongoing.
Tier 2 · Build detail

What you walk out with.

Working operational AI in your business, an internal owner who can run it, and a runbook that documents how it works. The investment range reflects the scope of the work. The scoping document tells you which end of the range applies.

Every build engagement includes

  • The shipped pipelines and tools
  • Per-tool runbook so the internal owner can run the system
  • Documented brand-voice constraints applied to every output
  • Cost monitoring across all AI tooling deployed
  • Tool choices driven by fit, not by referral fees

What’s excluded

  • Ongoing operational support. That’s the monthly partnership tier.
  • Work outside the scoping document. New scope is a new conversation.
Tier 3 · Fractional detail

What you walk out with.

Someone in-seat as the AI Operations function while the business is too small to hire one full-time. When you’re ready to hire, the internal owner is trained and the systems are documented.

What’s excluded

  • Net-new builds outside the scope of the partnership. Those are quoted separately.
  • 24/7 on-call support. This is a fractional function with scheduled standing capacity.
Shape of the work

If this isn’t your shape.

If your operation needs a single tool installed for under $3,000 (not a multi-tool operating system), that’s a different shape of engagement and not what I do. Start a conversation and I can point you at a better fit.

Which tier fits?

The 30-minute intro tells us both.

Free, no pitch, no follow-up if it isn’t the right fit. We figure out whether the Scoping Engagement is the right next step, and if so, when to start.
